Class Discussion:

Consider if a pretest would have been appropriate for your Fall practicum design (if didn’t use one). Describe how a pretest might have worked (or did work if you had one), or would not work in your specific case. Discuss with your cohort the issues of using a pretest to help control for prior differences among students when testing out a technology and comparing it with standard best practices to see if it works better in your classroom.
