Class Discussion:

Share in the discussion forum a version of your Fall practicum revised to approximate the “true experiment” as closely as you could, realistically. The only thing that should vary between groups is your independent variable. Everything else about your students should be identical (or taken care of by random selection and random assignment to group). View some of those posted by your cohort members and discuss just how hard it might be to get closer to a scientific study in your classroom or other educational setting. What are some of the hardest challenges? What are some of the easier things that might be done?
